CSI, Chartered Accountant firm, was born in 1981 by the initiative of Paolo Ciganotto and Renato Cinelli with the aim of supporting the development of small-medium enterprises.

Over the years, the firm has developed consulting expertise on corporate (with focus on valuation and M&A), fiscal, turnaround and bankruptcy topics growing its number of partners.

The strong attention towards the international environment pushed the firm to join at the beginning of '90s Fidunion International, a leading global network of chartered accountants (now evolved into Prime Global) where the firm covered the roles of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.

Over the years, the firm has established a solid network of partnerships with different areas of expertise and consolidated its structure with Elvira Salvato.

The continuous growth achieved in the last 30 years defined a consolidated experience to respond in an adequate and fast manner to the client's needs on a broad set of topics and with an international approach.
